Who we are

Kathleen Hoza Lysak
President

Having experience in the health care system from the viewpoints of several of the major stakeholders, Kathleen has a unique ability to see the whole picture when addressing the challenges of working and managing in the health care system, and within individual health care organizations.

Before embarking on her consulting career, Kathleen held positions in the following types of organizations:

• Hospital (administration)
• Federal health policy agency
• Health insurance company

As a consultant, her clients have included:

• Public health agencies
• Hospitals
• Community Coalitions
• Public payor agencies
• Health maintenance organizations
• Medical groups

Kathleen has an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of Business, and an AB degree from Princeton University.

Kathleen founded Clarity Healthcare, Inc. in 2000. Since then she has helped clients using her philosophy that the most difficult projects can be addressed with simple approaches and impossible projects can be fun.

She recently partnered with Greg Paoli to form Clarity Healthcare Systems, LLC, to add the power of desktop and web-based systems to the approaches we develop for our clients.
